In the mid-1990โs, two brothers, Tim & Shawn, were sharing their homemade condiment concoctions with family and friends. After much contemplation, the two brothers, both of whom have a passion for great food with heat, started Chili Dawgโs Foods of Fire. During this time, the brothers also began making Habanero pepper spreads using the Habaneros grown in their gardens. Today they have have several spreads that can be used at home or in barbeque. Based in Gretna, Nebraska.

My husband and I were born in Nebraska and spent time with relatives, went to college in Chadron and Lincoln but there was so much history that we didn't know. We loved reading this book and loved the photos!
